Anything wrapped in bacon is good but add apricots and cranberry and its over the top!

I fixed these for the first time and took them to our friend's house for Thanksgiving. Not one was left! I didn't use the maple flavored bacon only because we don't like it. They were wonderful with just the regular bacon. I will fix them again........soon!

I've made these a number of times and they've been a smashing success every time. I use really big, fat apricots that I order online (not the wimpy things you find at the grocery) and I think that's the secret.
