Cranberry Banana Bread
I made this for Christmas dinner.
Moist (with the banana) and crunchy (with the nuts and cranberries). Very good heated up.
I used suggestions made by others by adding 1 tsp vanilla and substituting half and half for the milk. The bread looks wonderful and tastes so rich. The cranberries are tangy and gives the bland bananas zip. My new favorite.
First time baking was amazing! Definitely keeping this recipe close!
I added chocolate chips to counteract the sourness of the cranberries and it tasted so good! Even the batter was really great
