I added chocolate chips to counteract the sourness of the cranberries and it tasted so good! Even the batter was really great

Very yummy. I omitted nuts, in lieu of milk added 1/4c Greek yogurt, 1/4c orange juice, and fresh zest of one large navel orange. Bright and fresh tasting. Thanks Ocean Spray...I will be back for more ideas.
I love banana bread, but the tart flavor of cranberries made it even better! Prepared this bread ahead of time for Christmas family get-together. The red color makes it perfect for the holiday. I just sliced it and packaged it up for transport, but saved a couple slices to "taste-test" and I'm in love! This recipe is definitely a keeper! I often struggle with "loaf breads." Have to overcook on outside to get inside done. I prepared in 8x8 glass pan and baked for 1 hour. Perfect! It looked done at 50 mins, but toothpick said put back in for 10 more.
Great twist on banana bread. This was super easy and we loved the fresh bursts of tartness countering the sweetness of the banana bread. I added orange zest, salt, vanilla, and a dash of nutmeg and baked in a 9 x 5 pan as it looked quite full in the smaller pan.
