I made 2 kinds, splitting it in half in the pan. Cinnamon sugar on 1 side and Cranberry sauce on the other. Let me just say, it was totally identical to yours. Amazingly good! Oh I didn't stop there.. I've made many more with all sorts of flavors in the middle :)
I made this in a tart pan.. came out perfect. 1 side I did with cinnamon and sugar and the other with the cranberry filling.. sinfully good! Its a lot thicker and fluffier than the photo here. Wish I could share with you :) Not disappointed at all. Next time will be a homemade apple filling with cinnamon topping.

Note, the "quiche pan" really dates this recipe to a decade or two earlier. I just make it in either my 8" or 9" square or round cake pans.
I burned mine on the bottom layer. Need to make sure cranberry filling has good portion of dough underneath.. I ate the top part and it was tasty. I will try again.
