I have made the several times and freeze the extras so I can have them when I want them. Great with a cup of coffee for breakfast or snack.

I loved it. The flavor combination is so different. My father had an great comment though. I should have tried to make the cranberry socked in water for an hour before incorporating it to the recipe. I got it try it again!
This recipe was excellent after I added chopped, mixed nuts (I used Planter's NUT-rition Heart Healthy Mix) and sprinkled coarse sugar on top before baking. Yummm!
THESE MUFFINS WERE AWFUL - WILL NOT MAKE AGAIN.
