Wild Bird Feeder

  • Wild Bird Feeder

Ingredients:

8 - 10 large pinecones
1 8-yard spool of red ribbon, cut into 8-10 24" lengths
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup birdseed

Directions:

Tie one 24" ribbon length to the end of each pinecone. Soften peanut butter approximately 20-30 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl. Appliances vary so adjust accordingly. Coat each pinecone with peanut butter. Sprinkle with Craisins® and birdseed. Hang by the ribbons on tree branches and watch the birds enjoy their special holiday treat!

we also have , put in raisins, the Cranberries and peanut butter, mixed with cracked corn and wild bird seed..

How creative! I hadn't thought of adding Craisins to the peanut butter! yummy for the birds and for me!
