Switch Out the Juice for Tastebud Adventures!
My mom made this a lot when we were kids. It was always cran-raspberry pie to me, so I swap out the cranberry juice for cran-raspberry and it's delicious! Definitely one of my favorite holiday desserts. Maybe next time I'll be brave and try a different juice flavor and gelatin. A Cranberry Peach Mousse sounds delicious doesn't it? :D

I started making this recipe when my daughter was 3 she is now 38. We have it with every Holiday meal. It is beautiful and goes very nicely with Turkey, Prime Rib, Ham or BBQ steaks. You can adjust the cranberry flavor by using frozen cranberry juice concentrate. Full concentration gives a very bold tart taste or deluted gives mellow sweet flavor. It is easy beautiful and tastes oh so good. PS If you like whole cranberry sauce use 1/2 cup of cranberry juice in stead of 1 cup in the jello. Also yummy and beautiful.

I agree bring back the cranraspberry sauce !! I made the original when the recipe was on the can ! So yummy. This one is good, the other one was great !!!
Bring Back the CranRaspberry Jellied Sauce!
In my opinion, the was better with the CranRaspberry Jellied Sauce. It's not a huge difference....but that was the original recipe that my Mom made...and I loved it.
