I made these using the "flat" option (rather than the round balls). So easy.tender & yummy. These probably wouldn't ship well, but they are definitely going to be in my Christmas recipe exchange & on plates this holiday season. I loved these!!!

Add semi sweet/white chocolate chips to this. I've also dipped these in dark chocolate like moon cookies. Add zests like orange, tangerine, lemon, etc and you'll get a fantastic cookie everytime. Super easy recipe super delicious cookie!

This recipe is one of my favorites. I added nuts and orange zest to the recipe and everyone loved it. It has become one of my favorites. Freezes well, too. I roll them in powdered sugar after baking, then when cooled, roll them once again in powdered sugar.

The only thing I would question is should the flour be sifted before it is measured? I think when I make them next time I am going to try that. Everyone at work wants the recipe!
