1 cup sugar3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened1 egg1 cup pumpkin1 teaspoon vanilla2 cups flour1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1 1/2 cups Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, chopped3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350º.Using an electric mixer, beat sugar and butter together in a medium mixing bowl, until light and fluffy. Add egg; mix well. Add pumpkin and vanilla; mix well.Combine dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture, mixing just until moist, using the electric mixer. Stir in cranberries and nuts.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen.

IM SO HAPPY TO HAVE THIS ,I WAS GIVEN ALOT OF CRANBERRIES AND THIS IS A WONDERFUL RECIPE ,I LOVE IT AND SO WILL ALL OF YOU .
