Tasty, fluffy & not too sweet
I baked these cookies for church and thought they came out great! They were tasty, fluffy (because I did not overmix) and just right in the sweetness, as I added semi-sweet chocolate chips. My son (20 months) also enjoyed them!

LOVE THIS RECIPE BUT ONLY YIELDED 10 COOKIES! HA HA! I MADE SOME BIG COOKIES!!
These were perfect. I used 1 cup of white chocolate (1/2 bag) and 6oz bag of cranberries. Love them.
here are the adjustments I made to recipe
First time baking using recipe verbatim cookies were too brown. Lowered oven temp to 350 degrees and lowered cooking time to 9 minutes. Cookies then came out the way I like them -lightly brown on edges and baked (but not too much) on the inside. Like one reviewer said-not very sweet-but there are people I bake for that don't like a very sweet cookie so this is good for them.
a taste of honey
add a half cup of honey and leave out the chocolate.
