Cranberry Cappuccino Biscotti
I could not mix in the dry ingredients in with the eggs so I had to add a little water. The dough was very sticky and hard top get out of the bowl.But they are good.
Hard is good
Biscotti is supposed to be hard. It softens up quite nicely when dipped into a cup of your favorite coffee, tea or hot chocolate.

Good, but hard
They have a great flavor, they just came out hard. I think I would try the second baking at a lower temperature for not as long - maybe 20 minutes. Otherwise they were good!
