used fresh cranberries
I make these cookies using fresh cranberries that I pulsed in my food processor. I also added chocolate chips to half of the cranberry batter. Both were moist and delicious.
I have made these many times. They are perfect for anyone who doesn't like overly sweet desserts. Had lots of positive feedback from people I have given them to.
these are dry as sawdust. Followed recipe exactly, reduced cooking time for subsequent batches. Would recommend that oats be reduced to 1 cup maximum. Wishing I had a dog to feed these to.
Vary bland, needs additional spices will try pumpkin pie spice mix, also husband complained not enough cranberries.
