This is a great recipe to get away from heavy, milk based smoothies. I used a frozen mixed fruit that had strawberries, peaches, and pineapple. I also added a handful of spinach.
Try adding greens to the mix - soooo good!
I add two handfuls of organic greens (kale, spinach and chard) and I use Greek yogurt (vanilla). It takes this smoothie another level You can barely taste the greens.
Refreshing and delicious drink with the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. I used plain Greek yogurt, because that is what I had on hand. I look forward to trying it with berry yogurt.

This recipe is so easy, but so delicious! I love the thickness and tartness. I also love that there is no additional sugar, and that you can chance up the flavor based on what yogurt or fruit you put in. I have made multiple variations, all of which were delicious.
