This was an excellent mix of flavors. The chicken was falling off the bone and yummy. I would like to try it with some chicken breasts - just because I preferr the white meat. I couldn't find an oven-safe skillet in my collection so I used a roasting pan instead.

Well Chef Tom Berry, Thank You for a job well done. This is not only a super recipe, but an "AWESOME" tasting, flavorful, easy, well put together, with great smells (AROMA) while Baking. Love it very much, as did my many guests. Thanks, it was truly a pleasure in making and baking. Most of all; enjoyable, Tastefully consuming, every bit. T/s
