I have not made meatloaf for ages - to bland. Love this meatloaf! The cranberries adds a sweet tart kick. I did not use the can cranberry sauce - I made the sauce from whole cranberries.
Seasoned Cranberry Meatloaf
I made this with ground turkey as the recipe called for. It was a good meatloaf but all meatloaf recipes get compared to my mother's meatloaf which to me was the best, this was ok. I think I will try this recipe again only I will use ground pork instead of ground turkey/chicken. I had made this meatloaf for my parents-we LOVE cranberries and mom agreed with me about trying it again using ground pork.

I only used what I had I used 2.25pounds of ground turkey only. didn't have the muster so I used 2 tlbsp. of worcestershire sauce. Didn't have majoram herb. So I used pinch of oreago, thyme and basil. I had only cranberry sauce so, I had some ocean spray crasins. and put couple of handfuls of them in.. I like this recipe. I still want to make it acording to the orginal recipe.

This is the best meatloaf ever. I have made it even for company. Since it is quite a large meatloaf, I sometimes cut it into thirds and freeze them to use on a busy day when iI have no time to cook.
