best turkey ever!!
We have been brining our turkeys foe years but when we found this recipe started using it exclusively, Biggest problem we run into is finding the white cranberry juice, I never used to eat the dark meat and now it is the first thing I go for. I highly recommend this brine!!
The receipe came out great. My only problem was that i could not find white cranberry drink anywhere and had to substiute it for white cranberry peach. It gave the turkey a whole differnt taste! It was even better in turkey soup the next day.
We use this recipe every year to brine our turkey. It makes for a wonderfully flavored and moist turkey. And we've found a brined turkey cooks more quickly than a non-brined turkey as well. We highly recommend this recipe.
