Enjoyed!! Made the salad alittle differently than the original the second time -I used broccoli slaw instead of broccoli florets.

This was a very good side dish with my ham at Easter. I thought that 1/4 cup of sugar sounded like way too much. I only put in half of that, and it was still too much. Next time I will only put in 1-2 Tablespoons and I think it will be fine.

I like this without the cheddar & sunflower seeds. I've also added chopped pecans. Good flavors and colors for a holiday party.

Tried this recipe and it was absolutely fabulous. The dressing really sets it off. You can substitute walnuts for the sunflower kernels for a little variety.
