2 slices bacon, chopped1 small green pepper, chopped1 small onion, chopped1 14.75-ounce can cream-style corn1 cup frozen whole kernel corn2 eggs, beaten1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries, coarsely chopped1/2 cup buttermilk1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepperDash nutmeg
Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease 8 6-ounce ramekins or custard cups. Place ramekins on a jelly-roll pan.Cook bacon, green pepper and onion in a small skillet over medium heat, until bacon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.Mix bacon mixture with remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Spoon into ramekins.
