orange cranberry relish
I add a 15oz can of crushed pineapple to recipe, forgot whether I strain it or add juice?
We love it, and our friends expect us to bring it when we're invited for holiday gatherings. I add toasted pecans to the recipe. Also it makes an excellent topping for simple turkey and mayo sandwiches. A very refreshing addition to holiday meals and leftovers. Enjoy.
Cranberry Orange relish
Instead of sugar I added Splenda. I didn't have to use so much sugar then.
Perfect proportions! I added a bit more sugar since my oranges were not as sweet as usual.

This is an old favorite recipe that used to be on the cranberry bag. My mother made this in the 1950's, and every year I get out the Universal grinder, a wedding git in 1959, and make this relish. Thanks, Ocean Spray, for putting it online!
