I Love the fact that this recipe does NOT use fruit juice.....saves a lot of calories..plus just the right amount of tartness....just added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Just made this for our huge Family Christmas party. Received many compliments about how they loved it and want the recipe. Not sure if I wanna give it out. I'd rather let them think it was really difficult and there's some secret to make it so yummy! Haha
It was the first time I made fresh cranberry sauce since someone else usually brings it. I was so thankful that it really was extremely simple and so easy to make! It's a no brainer.
The only thing you should bear in mind is the cooling down time after it's done cooking. I would suggest making it several hours ahead of time so you can cool it down sufficiently and then let it chill in the fridge for an hour or two. A good tip to know in case you're in a hurry.

I love this just the way it is. I also love to add pomegranate juice instead of water, and some pomegranate seeds!
