I ALWAYS HAVE A BIG 'CINCO DE MAYO' PARTY, THIS YEAR WAS NO EXCEPTION. I FED ABOUT 30 PEOPLE AND EVERYONE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I MADE IT, AND I HAVE MADE IT A FEW MORE TIMES SINCE. IT IS SO EASY, AND IT IS A GREAT TREAT IF COMPANY 'DROPS BY'. IT IS REFRESHING, AND FUN! I USED CHOPPED GREEN CHILES FROM THE CAN RATHER THAN JALEPENOS AND IT WAS JUST THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF 'SPICY' FOR EVERYONE!

The flavor of this salsa is devine. It is good with chips or on meat. I did add onion and garlic to the recipe. My family loved it.
