Love this recipe! So quick and easy. My only question is how long is it good for when refrigerated? I wanted to give it for gifts but didn' t know how long it would last.

I WILL MAKE THIS RECIPE AGAIN. WITH A FEW MINOT ADJUSTMENTS. I.E.
ORANGE ZEST, LESS SUGAR, MORE PEPPER.
I have made this recipe for years and have regularly given it as gifts. It is always a hit! This year we are having white enchiladas for Thanksgiving as my daughter doesn't like turkey and my son doesn't like ham. This salsa is a perfect combination with the enchiladas or simply a dip for chips.
I've made this in the past and had lost my recipe. I've been looking for it for ages. I always used the canned cranberries with whole berries in it. Really good. Put it over some cream cheese and eat with chips or crackers.
