I have been making this recipe for many years. My kids like it because it is different than classic stuffing. I double the recipe and rarely have leftovers.

This is one of the most popular side dishes on my thanksgiving table. It's equally delicious both with and without the sausage. With the sausage, it's so hearty, I have made this as a main meal.
IT VANISHES BEFORE YOUR EYES
I have been making this recipe for about 6 years and it just goes. I do add some chopped celery, and one year I was overseas and could not get cornbread stuffing, but was able to get Stove Top Herbs, that substitution was also delicious. The leftovers are great for sandwiches. I will never lose this recipe. I have shared it with many of my friends and family.
I had to adjust the thyme as it can be overpowering. Once I did that nothing can beat this stuffing
