Really Good Bread
My husband and I really liked the bread. I used whole cranberries. It has 8 grams of fiber per serving (12 per recipe) and that is fantastic! Makes a good breakfast bread or a super healthy snack.
Tasted just ok. I will not make again. Texture was ok. Not real moist but not dry. The whole thing was just ho-hum.
Recipe turned out very good.
Though, maybe it is just my taste, but I literally had a hard time eating it due to its sweetness. half a cup of sugar is more than enough in my opinion.

I kept the cranberries whole because I love the tart of the berries with the sweet of the banana bread. These were a huge hit at my Christmas party!
