Recipe turned out very good.
Though, maybe it is just my taste, but I literally had a hard time eating it due to its sweetness. half a cup of sugar is more than enough in my opinion.

I kept the cranberries whole because I love the tart of the berries with the sweet of the banana bread. These were a huge hit at my Christmas party!
Wow! My husband does not usually like whole cranberries. So, when I made this recipe I warned him. He gobbled up the bread!!! I did add 2xs the walnuts. This recipe is very moist and delicious!

I doubled the recipe and had enough batter for a 5" pan as well as the two 8 1/2 inch pans.;
I made it this morning and it came out moist and delicious. I used skim milk because it's all I had on hand. I'm going to share this recipe with my daughter. I bake a lot, so I'll be making this again soon!
