I made it this morning and it came out moist and delicious. I used skim milk because it's all I had on hand. I'm going to share this recipe with my daughter. I bake a lot, so I'll be making this again soon!
Reduced sugar and still wonderful
I prepared this recipe with half the sugar and it turned out plenty sweet (remember Craisins have sugars too), delicious and healthier.
Like the previous review the batter was too much for the pan.I will try agagain with either a larger or 2 smaller pans. Taste is good, not too sweet but a little dry (maybe it will moisten up after it sits).
Need a nine inch pan!
Still in the oven but was able to "rescue" the Dripping batter out of the 8" pan. Wonderful taste but too much batter for the pan. Will try it with. 9" the next go round
My family loves this one! I will be making this one over and over again. I added a crumble top to it half way through the cooking time and it was perfect. We are already planning what fruit to use next!
