Weston Family
Weston Family
Eric Weston, a sixth-generation cranberry farmer, says that the fruit is in his DNA. He spent his childhood playing on his family’s bogs and, as he got older, doing odd jobs and learning the business. After college, Eric was inspired to continue the tradition of growing cranberries.
Eric and his wife, Elaine, bought their own 40-acre farm in Massachusetts in 2008. The couple has two teenage daughters, Brenna and Holly, who enjoy helping during harvest season. When he’s not on the bog, you can find Eric at the town firehouse where he’s been a firefighter since he was 18 years-old.
