- 2 1/2 cups dried hibiscus
- 3 ounces fresh ginger, grated
- 1 pinch allspice (optional)
- 8 cups boiling water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Lemon slices and rosemary for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, combine Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail, ginger, and allspice (optional). Combine dried hibiscus with water and bring to boil. Add sugar to boiling water mixture and strain into large mixing bowl. Let cool completely. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with lemon slices and rosemary.
