- 2 packages of Phyllo cups (12 ready-to-eat, frozen)
- 2 ounces gruyere cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup or
- 2 ounces diced salami (sliced ¼ inch)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Microgreens, as garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small pan, cook down frozen cranberries, sugar, and Craisins® Dried Cranberries (about 2-5 mins) and set aside.*
On a parchment lined sheet tray, arrange the phyllo cups. Fill each cup evenly with ingredients. Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are browned, remove from oven. Garnish with microgreens, if desired
*Chef's Tip: You can freeze fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries in the fall to use year-round. If you do not have any frozen cranberries on hand, you can cook the Craisins® Dried Cranberries down in ¼ cup of Cranberry Juice Cocktail to mix with other ingredients.
