made in heaven

Apricot and cranberry is already a combination made in heaven (favorite nectar -- Cranicot). Add bacon, and it's a first-name basis with the angels. Agree with person who suggests making them smaller, with half apricots. They are so rich and flavor-intensive, it would have the same appetizing effect (unless you decide to skip dinner and just have the appetizers!)

I made these as appetizers for Christmas gathering with about 20 people and they were a huge favorite!

Amazing!!!

Super tasty & super easy. My friends request I bring this to every get together now. The only changes I made: cut the apricots and bacon in half ( just enough bacon to wrap around once-so there is only one layer to get crispy). Plus you'll end up with twice as many tasty little bites : )

I made these for a government meeting snack. I have never seen anything go as fast as these did. I have been told next time I have to make twice the amount.
