Barb Bartling served these in Manitowish Waters

Sharon Cook from Milwaukee, WI 09/08/2017 at 03:27 AM

The Bartling family hosted the Manitowish Waters Chamber event with the MW Historical Soceity. Barb made zillions of these cookies (and a couple others) for the many interested neighbors who came for the program. the cookies were absolutely delicious....I'll be making them soon. Glad Barb told me to check the website for the recipe.

Excellent!!

I bake a lot and this is one of the best cookies ever. Very easy to make and totally addicting. I love ginger and Craisins so this is the perfect cookie.

Best cookie ever !

Absolutely the best cookie I`ve made, ever ! Friends and kinfolk have a hard time stopping eating them. Plus, it is s0-0-0 easy to make your own crystallized ginger. You don`t have to buy it at the market, kinda pricey.

Awesome cookies

This was an easy recipe with outstanding results.... I added just a small amount of orange to the frosting. everyone loved them and wanted to know how much I would charge to make them some... Keep on baking
