- 1 medium ripe banana, cut into pieces
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 6 7-ounce paper cups
Put all ingredients, except cups, in a blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute or until throughly combined. Pour into cups. Freeze 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving. To eat, squeeze bottom of cup to push up berry pop. Makes about 6 6-ounce servings.
