- 750 milliliters Red wine
- 1/2 cup Pear brandy, or brandy
- 12 ounces Ginger beer
- 2 cups of orange juice
- 1 each Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 each orange, sliced thin
- 2 each Pears, sliced thin
- 1 each Fresh ginger, large piece, sliced
- Fresh rosemary sprigs, garnish
