- 2 ounces hibiscus tea (cold)
- 6 mint leaves
- 1/2 tablespoon egg white
- 1 ounce dry gin (optional)
- Soda water (to taste)
- Fresh lavender, to serve
Add all ingredients except soda water to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds.
Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously for another 30 seconds.
Fill a tall glass with ice and strain drink into glass. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh lavender.
