- 2 thin slices of jalapeño pepper (no seeds)
- 1 lime
- 4 ounces Absolut® Vodka
- 1 cup Ocean Spray® 100% Juice Cranberry Cherry
- 3 ounces ginger beer, or ginger ale
- 1 lime wheel, garnish

DIRECTIONS
Muddle the jalapeño pepper slices and rinds from half of the lime in a tall shaker. Cut the lime, reserving one wheel for garnish, and squeeze the juice from the half of the lime into the shaker. Add vodka, Ocean Spray® 100% Juice Cranberry Cherry and ginger ale, or ginger beer. Shake, strain and serve over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Makes 2 servings.
