- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 2 ounces black rum
- Blueberries, garnish
- Black Sesame Syrup Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup black sesame seeds
Add all syrup ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 3 minutes. Pour into saucepan over medium heat until mixture reaches a nice simmer. Remove from heat. Allow to cool and transfer to a small bottle.
Measure 3/4 ounce of black sesame syrup and add to cocktail shaker full of ice. Add remaining ingredients. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with blueberries.
