- 2 chicken tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, walnuts, pistachios and breadcrumbs, and set aside.
Working in batches, coat each piece of chicken with the egg wash, then cover with the Craisins® Dried Cranberries mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and enjoy.
