- 1 cup favorite barbeque sauce
- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
In 2-quart saucepan, place barbeque sauce, juice drink and cranberry sauce; mix well. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (5 to 7 minutes).
Add kielbasa sausage; turn heat to low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 18 to 20 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Place sausage mixture into a heat-proof serving bowl and use wooden picks to serve sausage.
Makes about 8 servings.
Tip: Grill some pineapple and your favorite vegetables and skewer with kielbasa bites to make these into delicious kabobs!
