- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup red grape halves
- 1 mango, peeled, seeded and cut-up
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, juice, sugar and salt. In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Stir mayonnaise mixture into cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Makes 6 servings (3/4 cup each).
