- 1 1/2 pounds small red new potatoes, unpeeled, halved
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and olive oil; toss to coat. Place in single layer in sprayed baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned, stirring once halfway through baking.
