- 1 medium orange
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other liqueur (optional, but increase sugar by 1/4 cup if omitted)
Rinse and drain fresh cranberries. Slice unpeeled orange into eighths, remove seeds.
Place half the cranberries and half the orange in a blender or food processor fitted with steel blade. Process until mixture is evenly chopped.
Transfer to a glass container. Repeat with remaining fruit. Stir in sugar and Grand Marnier and refrigerate until ready to serve.
