Jeff LaFleur
Vice President, Grower Relations
As Vice President of Grower Relations, Jeff LaFleur leads our Agricultural Operations, Ag Science and Cooperative Development teams, working directly with our farmer-owners across the cooperative. “I have spent my entire career either representing cranberry farmers and being a farmer gives me a unique understanding of our farmer-owners’ challenges, opportunities and expectations. I believe in the power of our 700 famer-owners working together for a common cause, a common purpose, as one cooperative.”
Jeff is a member of the cooperative and for more than 10 years he and his wife Kim have operated Mayflower Cranberries. Jeff also served as a member of Ocean Spray’s Grower Council and Board of Directors, representing his fellow farmers, focused on listening and understanding their concerns and ensuring all had a voice at the table.
Prior to joining Ocean Spray Jeff was the director of the Cape Cod Cranberry Growers Associations, the trade association representing Massachusetts cranberry growers. He also previously ran the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Districts providing conservation technical assistance to farmers through the Commonwealth.
“I know what is at stake for our farmer-owners—their farms, their livelihoods, their future generations—and it serves as my guidepost. Leading Grower Relations is more than a job; it is about helping Ocean Spray preserve a way of life that will outlast us all.”
