Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Throughout her nearly two-decade career leading human resources and talent organizations, Sarah Evans has always been passionate about building collaborative teams and cultures where employees can grow and thrive. “I care deeply about creating an inclusive culture and an environment where our team members can do their best work. It is important they feel supported in accomplishing their personal and professional goals.”
Sarah leads Ocean Spray’s global human resources team, which includes Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Business Partnership, Total Rewards, Organizational Development and Internal & Executive Communications.
“I am delighted to join this incredible team. Ocean Spray has such a rich history, but it also has an incredibly exciting and bright future. To make sure this cooperative continues to grow and evolve for our family farmer-owners, we will need committed, talented team members to lead the way.”

Before that position, Sarah also served as Vice President, Talent, where she had responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development across the enterprise.
Prior to Terminix, Sarah spent several years at Walmart, where she held various positions in the global talent management function with responsibility for executive succession, performance management, executive coaching, accelerated development, and selection and assessment for their 2.3 million associates around the world. She also spent 5 years with TECO Energy.
