- 20 each wonton wrappers (square)
- 8 oz Your favorite block cheese – cheddar, brie, goat
- 8 oz Your favorite cured meat – Pepperoni, salami, prosciutto (recommend cutting from log)
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
Place all wonton wrappers on a piece of wax paper. On a large cutting board, dice the cheese into 20 small cubes and set aside. Cut the cured meat into 20, ¼ inch thick slices and set aside.
Add chopped cheese, meat, and Craisins® Dried Cranberries to a medium bowl. Mix in jellied cranberry sauce, a tablespoon at a time until ingredients hold together (you won’t want the mixture too wet). On a cutting board build the bites by placing a wonton down first, then add your cranberry mixture. Using your finger, dip into the water and coat the rim of the wonton lightly with the water. Pull up and pinch the corners together to meet at the top and create a seal. Once all the bites are made, brush them with butter.
In a single layer, add the bites to your air fryer set to 375°F and fry for 8-10min or until golden brown. Remove with tongs and put on serving plate and cook the remaining bites, based on your air fryer size this could take 2-3 batches.
To Cook in the Oven: On a parchment lined baking tray place all the bites and bake at 400°F for 10-15min.
Optional/Chef’s Tip: Can make ahead and store prepared bites in fridge until ready to air fry for any occasion. We also recommend stirring up some canned Ocean Spray® Cranberry Sauce with a splash of Cranberry Juice Cocktail for a tasty dipping sauce.
