- 3 ripe Haas avocados, peeled, seeded and cut in half
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
In a large bowl, scoop out avocado. Add lime juice and roughly mash with two forks.
Add tomatoes, Craisins® Dried Cranberries, cilantro, salt, cumin, onion and garlic powder and mix well.
Let sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra Craisins® Dried Cranberries and cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
