12 muffins

2 cups flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 egg

1/2 cup melted butter

1 cup milk


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until the dry ingredients are moist.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full with batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from tins; cool on a wire rack.

Makes 12 mufffins.

Muy buenas, ya que en cada bocado encuentras frutillas de arándano, con la perfecta cantidad de dulce, lo que las hace más esquisitas.

I added a twist to the recipe by adding some ginger, cinnamon, as well as butter flavored extract, vanilla extract and graham cracker extract (from Wilton's treatology flavoring system.) I glazed the tops with a melted glaze of cookie butter. Deeeeeeeelicious!

I added 1/4 cup more brown sugar to recipe. Tasted real good! My husband loved them! Easy to make!
