9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

1/2 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

1/2 cup cashews


Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in dried cranberries and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Let harden at room temperature or

chill in refrigerator. Makes about 16 clusters.

I microwave the chocolate 30 sec then stir then another 30sec stir all the chips that aren't melted will melt by stirring. add any kind of nuts. put in fridge until cold then I transfer to ziplock and put in frezzer. I add peanut butter sometimes

I used pecans instead of cashews. The only problem I had was that my chocolate didn't want to get hard so that it didn't come off on your fingers.
