- 4 cups marshmallows
- 1 cup roasted almonds
- 1 cup roasted salted peanuts
- 3/4 cup pistachio kernels
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 pound milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 10 ounces dark chocolate, roughly chopped
Mix the marshmallows, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, raisins and Craisins® Dried Cranberries together in a large mixing bowl.
Melt the milk and dark chocolate together and then pour over the fruit and nut mix. Stir well to combine.
Pour mixture into a paper lined tray and then place in fridge for 2-3 hours to set.
Cut into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
