DIRECTIONS

Line the bottom and sides of 8 x 8-inch pan with plastic wrap. Set aside.

Combine chocolate morsels and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, evaporated milk and vanilla; stir vigorously until the mixture is thick and glossy. Add dried cranberries and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Cover and chill until firm, about 8 hours. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. Store covered in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.

Makes 25 pieces.

*Variation: To make Cranberry Fudge with fresh cranberries, substitute 1 1/4 cups Ocean Spray® Fresh or Frozen Cranberries for the Craisins® Dried Cranberries, increase the corn syrup to 1/2 cup and follow these directions:

Boil on high for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is reduced to 3 tablespoons. Remove from heat. Immediately add chocolate chips, stirring until they are completely melted. Add remaining ingredients, stirring vigorously until the mixture is thick and glossy. Pour into prepared pan. Cover and chill until firm. Cover and chill until firm, about 8 hours. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. Store covered in refrigerator. Serve at room temperature.
