- 1 pay de calabaza, comprado
- 1 pasta para pay refrigerada, comprada
- 1 taza de Ocean Spray® Fresh Cranberries
- 1 clara de huevo
- 1/2 taza de azúcar
- 1 cucharadita de canela, opcional
- Cortadores de galletas con figuras otoñales

Primero, prepara los cranberries confitados. Escoge, enjuaga y seca los cranberries frescos. Vierte la clara de huevo sobre los cranberries en un tazón y mezcla bien.
Mezcla el azúcar y la canela (opcional) y vierte en una charola para hornear. Cubre los cranberries con la mezcla de azúcar. Colócalos en papel de cera para que se sequen, por unas dos horas.
Luego, desenrolla la pasta para pay comprada y recorta las figuras otoñales deseadas con los cortadores y colócalas en la charola engrasada. Hornea hasta que estén ligeramente doradas (quizá un poco menos tiempo del que indica el paquete de la pasta, dependiendo de cuántas figuras tienes).
Coloca las figuras horneadas alrededor del borde de tu pay comprado, mezclando figuras y tamaños, y caliéntalo una vez más si quieres servirlo caliente. Si no, coloca el pay en una fuente, soporte o plato y decora con los cranberries confitados.
