What is 'baking mix'?

I'd love to make the cobbler. The recipe calls for '2 cups baking mix'. What is that?

Fabulous Treat!!

I've made this recipe for years and it's still a family favorite. First tasted during one of my many trips taking visiting friends to Ocean Spray's Crandberry World in Plymouth, MA. It was love at first bite. I just had to make the recipe., and have for family dinner and for special guests. Everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. I freeze bags of cranberries when in season so I can make it year round. It's just as yummy warm or cold (I make a big batch so we can have seconds). The combination of flavors and textures provides a delicous treat. Easy to make (child-simple). Try it, you'll love it!!

Fabulous! A family favorite.

Receive so many compliments on this easy-to-make classic. It's so easy to freeze the cranberries and have the ingredients ready for a luscious and healthy desert. A favorite with family and guests. Make double, it won't last long.
