- 4 cups premium chocolate ice cream (about 8 rounded scoops), straight from the freezer
- 1/2 cup cups whole milk, very cold
- 2 ounces (2 shots) Irish cream liquor, very cold
- 1/4 of a 7 oz. can whipped cream
- 2 squares premium chocolate candy bar, for garnish
Place blender pitcher and 2 tall glasses in refrigerator to chill. Keep ice cream, milk, Irish cream liquor, and whipped cream very cold until just before blending.
In a small pot on medium high heat, reduce Ocean Spray® Cranberry Juice Cocktail for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. 2 cups will reduce down to approximately 1/2 cup. Transfer to separate dish and place in freezer until very cold but not frozen, 15-20 minutes.
When all liquid ingredients are very cold (and ice cream is frozen very hard), add them to the blender in this order: milk, Cranberry Juice Cocktail reduction, Irish cream liquor, and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses. Generously top with whipped cream. Garnish the top of each dreamshake with 1 chocolate bar square and 5 Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note: If you prefer a milkshake without alcohol, simply substitute an additional 1/4 cup more whole milk in place of the Irish cream liquor.
