- 2 ounces cognac or brandy*
- 3 ounces champagne or sparkling wine*
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- *For non-alcoholic, replace cognac/brandy with extra juice and replace sparkling wine with soda water. Add 1/2 oz lemon juice.
Add all ingredients (except champagne) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake hard for a few seconds. Strain into a wine glass with crushed ice. Top off with champagne. Garnish with a peach wedge, sprig of mint, and cranberry.
